We’re a tech business but we encourage everyone to say hello to our customers. We recognise that not everyone is comfortable doing that, so don’t worry, you won’t be forced to – but, we will encourage it. We’ll take you along to meetings and encourage you to contribute. Our customers love meeting us – ALL of us. We also have top to bottom policy compliance, so no-one here is above the rules.
And if you’d like to move on for some reason, for example because we’ve helped you outgrow us, or because you want to explore other careers – then we’ll help you to achieve that in any way that we can.

Generous Pension Scheme
We’ve always been ahead of the game on pensions; we think they are important. Our objective for is you to achieve an “adequate retirement income” – two-thirds of your average pre-retirement salary. In the UK, people face a “monumental challenge” because they will need to put away 18% of earnings each year, according to 2017 report from the International Longevity Centre. This is a higher proportion than in any other OECD country. We help you get to that 18%. We match your own contributions up to 9% of your salary.
Holidays are key to a balanced and productive life. You’ll start with 25 days (plus Bank Holidays) and that entitlement will build up to 30 days. You can also ‘buy’ up to 3 additional days’ leave – useful for that extra special event. This applies after 2 years’ service and you can spread the cost of your ‘purchase’ over the leave year.
No one likes working on their birthday. If your birthday falls on a week day, we’ll give you the day off. If not, well there’s always next year.
Courses and Conferences
We know that everyone likes a trip away from the office every now and then. If you find a course, conference or event that you think will advance your learning then we’ll happily arrange for you to attend.
If we’re out as a team having fun then we want you to have fun without worrying about how much it’s costing you. Generally, you can always expect us to pick up the tab.
Family Friendly Policies
We’re as flexible as we want you to be. If your child is sick, we don’t expect you to be in work that day. Additionally, if you have a doctors or dentist appointment, we don’t expect you to take holiday for that either.
